And I KNOW how infuriating it can be when you know that you have so much potential!

My obsession with cracking the code to dominate the job market began in my teenage years, when I watched my parents struggle with unemployment for a very long time.

Their struggle made me really angry at the entire job searching process that made no sense, that was filled with bias and that no one taught how to handle.

So I fuelled all of that pent-up anger into building my own career.

I vowed to never let myself feel powerless in my career or settle for less than I deserved.
